Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your repair. Our repair is 90 days warranty for part and labor if the repair is completed successfully. Within 90 days if your Notebook failed as same symptom of last time, you can return to us. Please request a RMA (return merchandise) from us before return your Notebook. Notebook arriving without authorization RMA will not be process. Physical damage, missing part or physical modifications will void the warranty. After Diagnostic, if the defected part was replaced by us, there is no charge (included freight) , if not we will let you know how much the cost of repair. A nonrefundable $131 diagnostic fee which include shipping and handling will be charge to your credit card when you submit repair order to us regardless if the repair can be completed successfully or not. Additional charge may apply after service completion but will get your approval first.
