Repair Process Overview

Step 1

Click the Request Repair tab to create a repair order. Once your order is created successfully, your will be informed of your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. A box containing packaging materials, and a return air bill will be ship to you.

Step 2

You will receive the box within 10 days, after your unit is packaged, affix the Air bill outside of the box and ship back to us.

Step 3

All accessories enclosed are document when unit is received by us.

Step 4

Repair Engineer will diagnostic the unit and feed back to customer service representative (CSR) will contact you to let you know what problems with your unit and the cost of repair.

Step 5

The unit will be start to repair after we get the approval from you. After repaired done, unit will followed by extensive testing to make sure the problems are repaired correctly. All accessories will be packed with unit.

Step 6

Your credit card will be charged and unit will be shipped back to you.
